diversity skills (2018)
Diversity Skills was a training organisation specialising in providing entry level qualifications like Cert III, Diploma and traineeships. My role ran for 5 months from early 2018 where I was inducted in the company’s head office in Sydney and then worked remotely in Perth for the majority of the contract term. My main role was to launch a new custom designed website and a new Learning Management System for online students.
Custom Website Design & Implementation:
• Assessment of existing website assets • Accessing new UI Design • Designing Online Student Enrolment Form • Sourcing a Developer & Tendering
• Stakeholder Management • Feedback Iterations • Bug fixes • Information Design
Online Learning Management System (Moodle):
• Workshop with Director to discuss project at large • Assessment of proposed learning platforms • Pitching the Moodle LMS Platform
• Gathering learning resources • Learning LMS management skills • Setting up learning resources and assessments • Installing API plugins to Student Management System
• Enrolling and Creating Video Tutorials for Students and Teachers
